Our certified Functional Patterns trainers will help you learn to move your body correctly no matter your current fitness level. Whether you are struggling with chronic pain, you feel imbalances in your body or you want the benefits of exercise without the many limitations of traditional training. We specialise in scaling exercise to you.
We recommend training 2–3 times per week (including personal training and home workouts) for sustainable long term results.
The first step is to visit our studio in Kensal Green for a private consultation. It is easy to reach us on London public transport via Mildmay, Lioness or Bakerloo lines.
