"I have been training with Edmund since May this year (4 months) starting with severe lower back pain and anterior tilt of my back due to other health issues. In just this short period of time training once a week later on twice a week my pain was reduced significantly and my anterior tilt and core muscle engagement were corrected to a visible level.
Edmund is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise and extremely helpful in the way he trains, paying attention to my need but also challenging to get me to the next level. He is also very mindful of the physical capacity I have and very encouraging when I achieved something that I was not capable of or was not confident doing.
I have gone through the 10 week course before meeting up with him which was very helpful. I have even set up a modified version of an FP gym at home. Very thankful for the program and Edmund for helping me to exploit the best version of my physical wellbeing. Big thank you Edmund."

“I have been working with Edmund since the beginning of 2024 (8 months), and prior to this was loosely familiar with the basic concepts of FP from the 10 week course.
Since training with Edmund I have been noticing small incremental changes to my posture and biomechanics which has served to reduce my chronic pain (which I had been experiencing on and off for 10 years) to more manageable levels. His attention to detail is very good and provides me with a lot of reassurance that I am making the right progress.
My ultimate goal is to become pain free and to develop a more resilient body, and by training with Edmund I am confident that I can do just that!”
